There is type of tox used, metabolism (how fast your body metabolizes), amount of tox, activity level, area being treated, skill level of your injector, size/depth/strength of your wrinkles, and frequency of “Botox” treatments. All of these play a factor in how long the effects your “Botox” will last and how much do you need to achieve the results you desire. As a baseline, the average duration of “Botox” to be effective is 3 months. “Botox” peaks in activity 2-3 weeks after injections are completed. From peak time of action, it is metabolizing (wearing off) and you will at some point over the average 3 month span slowly see movement (and wrinkles) appear.
