Freya Aesthetics & Wellness —
Johnstown, Ohio's Medical Spa
There is a Norse goddess named Freya — deity of love, beauty, and gold. She is fierce and tender in equal measure. She does not ask permission to be luminous.
She simply is.
That is the energy we set out to create when we opened our doors in Johnstown, Dublin, and Zanesville, Ohio. We are not here to change you. We are here to help you arrive.
Freya Aesthetics & Wellness is a medical spa rooted in clinical excellence and guided by a deeply personal philosophy: that aesthetic medicine, done right, should make you feel more like yourself, not less.
Our team of licensed medical providers brings together years of advanced training in injectable aesthetics, skin science, and holistic wellness.
What makes us different is not just what we do, it's how we do it. Every client who walks through our doors receives a thoughtful, one-on-one consultation before any treatment begins. We listen first. We map your face, learn your goals, and build a plan designed around your unique anatomy and lifestyle. No two clients leave looking the same, because no two clients are the same.
We are proud to serve Johnstown, Dublin, and Zanesville, Ohio, and the surrounding Central Ohio communities — including Newark, Heath, Granville, and Pataskala.
At Freya, luxury is not about exclusivity. It's about the feeling you carry when you leave. That quiet confidence. That moment in the mirror when you see yourself, truly. That is what we are building, one appointment at a time.
We would love to meet you.

DAVID DEMASI
David is a nationally certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has been providing nursing services in Ohio for over 13 years. He obtained his bachelor's degree in nursing at The University of Akron in 2009 and his master's degree at Ohio University in 2018. As a nurse, he worked at Ohio State University Medical Center, where he was part of the critical care float pool, caring for patients in multiple intensive care units, including the most critically ill. As a nurse practitioner, he has developed additional skills working in an emergency department. In 2021, David founded Freya Aesthetics and Wellness alongside his wife.
ADRIANNA ALCORN
Adrianna is a proud wife, boy mom of two, and local nurse who recently found her passion in the world of aesthetics. Before stepping into this field, she spent several years as an intermediate-level nurse on a cardiothoracic floor, where she gained invaluable experience caring for patients and mastering detail-oriented, compassionate care.
She chose to transition into aesthetics because she loves helping people feel their absolute best, both inside and out. There is something so rewarding about seeing someone's confidence shine after a treatment, and she is grateful every day to play a part in that.
When she is not in the clinic, you can find her spending time with her family, enjoying her community, and probably chasing her two boys around.
