Terms & Conditions:
There is a $50 dollar sign-up fee that is charged (only once) during sign-up, in addition to your monthly fee. The "Beauty Bank" membership allows access to discounted rates on services and products at Freya Aesthetics and Beauty. t is a 12-month commitment for your first year, where you pay $100/month that goes into your "Beauty Bank." Your contract is month to month after the first 12 months are completed consecutively. A 30-day notice via email to cancel is required once month to month. The original contract may be canceled for a fee of $350 during the initial 12-month term.
