Your First Visit: What Actually Happens
Review our process with symptom analysis and review of full medical history
Laboratory order to review (drawn at a local Labcorp). You can use private insurance for laboratory work or use our laboratory processor for a fixed initial fee of $350 to have labs obtained
After labs are obtained, it may take 1-2 weeks for all to result, once the labs result, we will contact you to set up an appointment with our team physician to review your full medical history, lab work, treatment plan and initiate therapy if indicated.
After therapy is initiated, you will follow up with our team nurse practitioner in 6-8 weeks to review your current treatment and assess ongoing treatment plan.

Women’s HRT Onboarding: $500
Covers your initial onboarding visit, physician consultation, and follow-up visit with our nurse practitioner.
Lab work is the responsibility of the patient. Patients who prefer to complete labs through our office may do so for an additional $350.
Follow-Up Appointments
Follow-up care is personalized based on your treatment plan, lab frequency, and ongoing needs. At minimum, patients should expect an annual physician evaluation starting at $175.
